I had a gel French mani and gel pedi at Cindy’s. A young man named Rio (sp?) did both. He was awesome and took great pride in his work. Hand, leg/foot and shoulder massages - awesome. I did not feel rushed. I will add that it was not crowded but I think he would be excellent any time. The customers of the other nail technicians appeared very happy as well. I will definitely return.
